Michele LaMarche is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Executive Director of Step by Step Academy, Inc. Michele is an employer who has significantly contributed to changing many lives of countless individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Michele has written and contributed to numerous publications specializing in ASD, including: Writing Magic, Self-Esteem Builders: A Curriculum for Special Needs Children. She is also President of MasterMind Education Resources, and the President of Spectrum Technologies, working to develop more web-based consulting software providing instruction of the principles of applied behavior analysis.
