Summer Camp 2008
Step By Step Academy is very excited to offer our very first selection of Summer Camps for children with autism and thei peers!
Each camp will run for a one week period (Monday-Friday) in a small group format (2 staff to 6-8 children) and will incorporate daily activities for each theme. Activities will include art and crafts, reading concepts through storytime, math and counting concepts, games, play with friends, social skills, field trips, a Friday Bowling Day and much more.
Autism Camp Schedule & Themes
Half Day Camp (choose one):
- 9:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. Mon-Fri; or
- 1:00–4:00 p.m. Mon-Fri

Each week will include a community field trip for full day enrollees and every Friday is Bowling Day at Sequoia Lanes!

Calling All Summer Camp Peers!
SBSA is excited to provide peer placements for peer modeling during summer camp. If you or others you know have children
between the ages of 5-17 who would be interested in joining in the
fun, please contact us as soon as possible.
Children will be trained through our Peer Leadership™ program
prior to participating in sessions and will graduate as a “Super Star
Peer”, “Peer Master Chief”, or “Peer Mentor” depending upon
their age.
Three session options are available based on your child’s interest.
Peer half day camp is $100 per week.
Peer all day camp is $160 per week.
